Hard-boiled & quartered
Instructions
Dressing
Whisk together the garlic, Dijon, lemon juice and red wine vinegar until well-mixed.
Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified
Season to taste with salt, pepper and fresh oregano.
Salad
Carefully mound the salad in a salad bowl or on a salad plate.
Garnish with the quartered eggs.
